To mark Youth Day, an online quiz competition was jointly organized at our college by the Youth Red Cross, the National Service Scheme (NSS), and the Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society. Our College Principal, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan, inaugurated the event and delivered the presidential address. Mr. S. Khader Meeran, the Youth Red Cross Coordinator, delivered the welcome address. Following this, Mr. Ranjith, the AIDS Control Awareness Officer from Ilayankudi Government Hospital, delivered a special address. The competition then took place, with the participation of over 70 female students. Finally, Dr. P. Zakir Hussain, the NSS Coordinator, proposed the vote of thanks. The event was organized by Youth Red Cross Coordinator Mr. S. Khader Meeran and NSS Officers Dr. P. Zakir Hussain, Dr. K. Mahendran, Dr. Shifa, and Dr. R. Syed Ali Fathima.

About Us

The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
