CENSUS AWARENESS PROGRAMME

A census awareness program was jointly organized by the college’s National Service Scheme (NSS) Road Safety Committee and Red Cross Society on July 27, 2026. College Principal Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan inaugurated the event and delivered the presidential address. NSS programme Officer Dr. K. Mahendran delivered the welcome address. The special guest, Mrs. Ramalakshmi, Revenue Inspector from Ilayangudi, gave a special address and explained the census process using a visual presentation. Village Administrative Officer Mr. Aravith and Village Assistant Mr. R. Lakshmanan also participated. College professors, NSS officers, and over 200 students attended and benefited from the program. Finally, NSS programme Officer Dr. R. Syed Ali Fathima proposed the vote of thanks. Dr. Shifa, Coordinator of the Road Safety Committee and NSS Programme Officer, moderated the event. NSS Officer Dr. P. Zahir Hussain and Red Cross Society Coordinator Dr. S. Kader Meeran organized the programme.
