INDOOR SPORTS HALL FOR WOMEN - OPENING

The opening ceremony of the Women’s Indoor Sports Hall was held on 25.05.2026. Sivaganga Prince, Her Majesty Rani Gauri Vallabhai D.S.K. Madhurantaka Nachiyar and Keelakarai, Mohammed Sathak Foundation, Chairman, Alhaj S.M. Mohammed Yusuf inaugurated the Women’s Indoor Sports Hall. Later, the function was held and the Principal of the College, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan welcomed the guests. Mr. V.M. Jabarullah Khan, Secretary, College Governing Body, delivered the keynote address. Keelakarai, Mohammed Sathak Foundation, Chairman, Alhaj S.M. Mohammad Yusuf, Principal of the college, Professor Muhammad Jibuli, Major H. Nausadh Ali, and Dr. A. Abbas Manthiri delivered the felicitation speeches. Special invitees, members of the college management committee, local residents, professors, officers, and students participated in the event.

About Us

The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
