VALEDICTION OF SCIENCE & NATURE CLUBS

The college Science Club and Nature Club held a closing ceremony and book release ceremony on 04.04.2026. The closing ceremony of the Nature Club was held in the morning and was welcomed by the Vice Principal of the College, Dr. A. Mushtaq Ahmed Khan. The Principal of the College, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan delivered the keynote address. The Club Coordinator, Dr. E. Roshan Ara Begum introduced the special guests. The Head of the Department of Botany, Lady Dock College, Madurai, Dr. G. Priscilla Sweetlin attended as the special guest and delivered a special speech. A book titled “Medicinal Plants in the Dr. Zakir Husain College Campus” was also released at the event.

At the closing ceremony of the Science Club held in the afternoon, the special guest was Dr. R. Gnanamani, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, Government Arts College, Melur, attended and delivered a special speech. Various competitions were held on behalf of the Science and Nature Club at the event and prizes were given to the winning students. Finally, Assistant Professor of Physics Dr. M.S. Kajamuhaideen delivered the vote of thanks.
