SECOND PRIZE IN NAAN MUDHALVAN COMPETITION

Under the Tamil Nadu government’s Naan Muthalvan scheme, students from the English department of our college participated in the NIRAL competition organized between colleges affiliated to Alagappa University and won the second prize. The winning students were congratulated by the college principal, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan. Nearby were the college Naan Multhavan project coordinator, Dr. M. Mohammed Yasin and Assistant Professor of English, Dr. R. Syed Ali Fathima.

About Us

The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
