Students of Commerce (Computer Applications) participated in a seminar on the topic “Modern Strategies for Entrepreneurship” held at Idhaya College, Sarugani on 04.02.2026 and presented research papers. The students were congratulated by the College Principal, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan. Also present were the Head of the Department, Dr. S.A. Shamsudeen Ibrahim, and Assistant Professor Mrs. S. Gnanasoundari.
The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
