College Entrepreneurship Development Corporation and Internal Quality Assurance Cell jointly organized a seminar on the topic “Idea Generation by Younger Community – Stand Up” on 17.02.2026. Dr. S. Nasar, Coordinator, College Entrepreneurship Development Corporation welcomed the gathering. The Principal of the college, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan delivered the keynote address. The special guest was Mrs. R. Uma Chandrika, Assistant Manager, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Corporation, Madurai, who delivered the special address. Earlier, Mr. S. Kader Meeran, Co-Coordinator, College Entrepreneurship Development Corporation, introduced the special guest and proposed vote of thanks.

About Us

The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
