INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR

The Department of Postgraduate Commerce (with computer applications) organized an International Seminar on the topic “International Financial Reporting Data Standards – Challenges, Integration and Global Practices” on 12.02.2026. The Head of the Department, Dr. S.A. Shamsudeen Ibrahim welcomed the participants. The Principal of the College, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan inaugurated the seminar and delivered the keynote address. The Director of Self-Finance course, Dr. A. Sabinullah Khan offered felicitation. The special guests in the first session were introduced by Assistant Professor Dr. S. Arafat Ali. The special guest was Dr. Sonai Singharam Jayaraj, Professor, Department of Accounting, Guangxi Minzu University, Sino-British College, China.

In the afternoon, Assistant Professor Mrs. M. Nagajothi introduced the special guest. The special guest was Mrs. S. Hameetha Banu, Assistant Professor, Department of Computing, Muscat College, Oman, who participated online and delivered a special speech. Finally, Assistant Professor J. Arul Xavier Victor proposed the vote of thanks.
