On behalf of the Department of Mathematics, the Valedictory Function of the Mathematics Forum was held on April 6, 2026. Dr. M. Muthusamy, Head of the Department, delivered the welcome address. The College Principal, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan, delivered the presidential address. Dr. R. Jahir Hussain, Associate Professor, introduced the Chief Guest. Dr. K. Murugalingam, Block Statistical Investigator for Mudukulathur, attended the event as the Chief Guest and delivered a special address. During the event, prizes were distributed to students who had secured the highest marks at the university level. Dr. B. Fathima Gani, Assistant Professor, proposed the vote of thanks.

The college Science Club and Nature Club held a closing ceremony and book release ceremony on 04.04.2026. The closing ceremony of the Nature Club was held in the morning and was welcomed by the Vice Principal of the College, Dr. A. Mushtaq Ahmed Khan. The Principal of the College, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan delivered the keynote address. The Club Coordinator, Dr. E. Roshan Ara Begum introduced the special guests. The Head of the Department of Botany, Lady Dock College, Madurai, Dr. G. Priscilla Sweetlin attended as the special guest and delivered a special speech. A book titled “Medicinal Plants in the Dr. Zakir Husain College Campus” was also released at the event.

At the closing ceremony of the Science Club held in the afternoon, the special guest was Dr. R. Gnanamani, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, Government Arts College, Melur, attended and delivered a special speech. Various competitions were held on behalf of the Science and Nature Club at the event and prizes were given to the winning students. Finally, Assistant Professor of Physics Dr. M.S. Kajamuhaideen delivered the vote of thanks.

The College Day and Sports Day was held on April 2, 2026. D. Ajith Kannan, a third-year undergraduate student in Physics, delivered the welcome address. Mr. V.M. Jafarullah Khan, Secretary of the College delivered the presidential address. Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullakhan, the College Principal, and Dr. S. Kalidasan, the College Director of Physical Education, presented the annual reports. Felicitation addresses were delivered by Dr. Mohammed Ali Jinnah (Founder, *Sattakkalam* Magazine, Emaneswaram), Advocate John Xavier, Mr. M.M. Mohammed Mustafa (Principal, College of Education), and Mr. A. Hameed Davood (Member, Management Committee). 

Dr. M. Anisa Parveen, Head of the Department of English, introduced the Chief Guest. Dr. S. Sumaiya, Principal of Thassim Beevi Abdul Kader College for Women (Keelakarai), attended as the Chief Guest and delivered the special address. During the event, certificates and prizes were awarded to students who secured university ranks and high academic scores, as well as to those who achieved victories in various sports competitions at both the university and college levels. Finally, D. Sharmila, a second-year postgraduate student in Tamil, proposed the vote of thanks. The event was attended by members of the College Governing Body—Alhaj A.S. Naseer Khan, Mr. S.K.M. Abdul Saleem, and Mr. J. Abubacker Siddiq—along with Dr. A. Sabinullah Khan (Director of Self-Financing Courses), faculty members, and students.
