GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Before filling online admission form please confirm the programmes offered and eligiblity.
  • இணையவழியில் பதிவு செய்யும் முன் கல்லூரியில் வழங்கப்படும் பாடப்பிரிவுகள் மற்றும் தகுதிகள் குறித்து தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
  • Please submit separate application for Government Aided Courses and Self funded courses.
  • அரசு உதவிபெறும் பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கும், சுயநிதி பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கும் தனித்தனியே இணையவழி விண்ணப்பங்கள் பதிவு செய்தல் வேண்டும்.
  • After submitting online application, submit hardcopy of applications (Legal size, front & back) along with attested copies of documents and certificates to the college office on or before last date.
  • இணையவழியில் விண்ணப்பம் செய்த பிறகு, இணையவழியில் பதிவு செய்த விண்ணப்பங்களை legal அளவுள்ள தாளில் முன் மற்றும் பின் பக்கங்கள் பிரிண்ட் செய்து சான்றொப்பமிட்ட ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும் சான்றிதழ்களுடன் கல்லூரி அலுவலகத்தில் கடைசி தேதிக்கு முன்பாக ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும்.
  • Provisionally selected candidates are informed through call letter, phone call or sending SMS to your registered mobile number only.
  • தற்காலிக மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்கு தகுதி பெற்ற மாணவர்கள் விபரம் கடிதம், தொலைபேசி அல்லது குறுச்செய்தி (SMS) மூலம் மட்டுமே தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.
  • Provisioally selected candidate details will also be published in College Website.
  • தற்காலிக மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்கு தகுதி பெற்ற மாணவர்கள் விபரம் கல்லூரி இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படும்.
  • Provisioally selected candidate should pay admission fees before last day, failling may loss their seats and chance will be given to the next student.
  • தற்காலிக மாணவர் சேர்க்கைக்கு தகுதி பெற்ற மாணவர்கள் கல்லூரி சேர்க்கை கட்டணத்தை இறுதி நாளுக்குள் செலுத்த வேண்டும். தவறும்பட்சத்தில் தங்களின் மாணவர் சேர்க்கை நிறுத்தப்பட்டு, அடுத்த மாணவருக்கு வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.

PROGRAMMES OFFERED & ELIGIBILITY

UNDER GRADUATE (UG) COURSES

  • A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination (10 + 2) (Academic / Vocational Stream) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu; or an examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the Syndicate of Alagappa University, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed thereof.
  • தமிழக அரசினால் வழங்கப்படும் பள்ளி இறுதியாண்டு (10+2) முறையில் தேர்ச்சி அல்லது அழகப்பா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் ஆட்சிக்குழுவினால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட நிகரான கல்வித்தகுதி.
  • The upper age limit for admission to UG Courses will be 21 (twenty one) years as on 1st July 2025. However, a relaxation of 5 years is permitted for Differently Abled, as per G.O.Ms.No.239, S.W. dated 3-9-93.
  • இளங்கலை வகுப்புகளுக்களில் சேர்வதற்கான உயர்ந்தபட்ச வயது வரம்பு 21 ஆகும். மேலும் 5 வருடம் வரை மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு வயது தளர்வு வழங்கப்படும்.
  • SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC candidates and women candidates may be allowed an age relaxation of 3 years beyond 21 years for the admission into UG Courses.
  • SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் மற்றும் பெண்களுக்கு 21 வயது தவிர 3 ஆண்டுகள் வயது தளர்வு இளங்கலை பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கு அளிக்கப்படலாம்.

  • A candidate who is a graduate of this University or any other recognized University with the main subject/subjects as given below or who has passed the examination accepted by the Syndicate of Alagappa University, as equivalent thereto is eligible for admission.
  • அழகப்பா பல்கலைக்கழகம் அல்லது அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் சார்ந்த இளங்கலை பட்டம் அல்லது அழகப்பா பல்கலைக்கழக ஆட்சிக்குழுவினரால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட கல்வி தகுதி.
