CHEMISTRY COMPETITIONS WON

B.Sc. Chemistry students participated in the Chemistry Competitions organized by the Department of Chemistry, Fatima College, Madurai on 09.09.2025 and won. Third year students S.B. Azmath Kader Nisha, S. Nasrin Fatima and M. Shirin Jasmine won the Chemistry Quiz Competition by securing second place, while K. Karsana Devi and second year student M. Akshaya won the Chemistry Rangoli Competition by securing second place. The winning students were congratulated by the Principal of the College Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan. Head of the Department Dr. K.A. Syed Abuthahir and Assistant Professors Dr. A. Affrose and Ms. R. Aniz Rizwana were present.

About Us

The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
