A SEMINAR ON "INFECTIONS CAUSED BY INVISIBLE AND EMERGING POLLUTANTS"

The College Science club and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) jointly organized a seminar on “Infections Caused by Invisible and Emerging Pollutants” on December 15, 2025. The College Vice-Principal, Dr. A. Mustaq Ahmed Khan, delivered the welcome address. The College Principal, Mr. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan, presided over the event. The College Science Association Coordinator, Dr. E. Roshan Ara Begum, introduced the chief guest. Dr. E. Karunya, Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology, Thiagarajar College, Madurai, participated as the chief guest and spoke about infections caused by pollutants. Science department students attended the seminar. The College Science Association Joint Coordinator, Dr. M.S. Khaja Mohideen, delivered the vote of thanks.

About Us

The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
