சிறுபான்மையினர், வாய்ப்பு குறையப் பெற்றோர் மற்றும் அனைத்தும் சமுதாயப் பிரிவினர்களுக்கும், உலக தரம் வாய்ந்த கல்வி அளித்து மாறும் சமூக, பொருளாதார மற்றும் புவிசார் சூழலில் தொடர் சேவை அளித்து உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனமாக உருவெடுத்தல்.
“The motto of the college is a verse of the Holy Quran revealed to Prophet Mohamed (Peace be on him) “READ IN THE NAME OF THY LORD”. With this aim, the college aims at providing higher education to the rural people in and around Ilayangudi, especially the marginalized people of this locality.”
இளையான்குடி வட்டார கிராம மக்களுக்கு குறிப்பாக வாய்ப்பு மறுக்கப்பட்ட சமூகத்தினருக்கு உயர்கல்வி அளித்தல்.
The unique feature of this college was that unlike other colleges, this College was not started by any single rich man or business people. Rather, this college was started by the ordinary citizens who have the thirst to start an educational institution for higher education in their locality. A membership fee of Rs.11/- each was collected and every citizen of Ilayangudi has contributed to the emergence of the College.
