Inauguration of UG First Year Classes and Orientation programme for the first year students was held on 03.07.2023. Dr. A. Mushtaq Ahmed Khan, Head of the department of Physics, welcomed the gathering. The President of the Management Committee, Janab S.M. Ahmed Jalaluddin presided over the event. The Correspondent, Alhaj V.M. Jabarulla Khan, Janab A. HameedDawood, Member of Management Committee and Janab Muhammad Mustafa, Principal of Dr. Zakir Hussain College of Education delivered the felicitation addresses. The Chief Guest, Dr. P.N.P. Muhammad Sahabuddin, Former vice Principal, Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy delivered the keynote address. Our College Principal Prof. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan briefed the first year students about the rules and regulations of the college.

The students, who obtained university ranks from 2019 to 2022, were adorned with medals in the event, in order to honor their achievement. The Management Committee members Janab S.I. Ashraf Ali, Janab S.K.M. Abdul Salim and Ilayangudi village dignitaries Janab K.H. Muhammad Hussain, Janab A. Musadiq Ali, teaching and non-teaching staff, students and parents were present in the event. Finally the vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. A. Jahangir, Vice-Principal of the College.
