On the occasion of International Anti-Drug Day on 26.06.2023, a rally was organized by our college Anti-Drug Club, National Service Scheme (NSS) and Ilayangudi Circle Police Department. Our college Principal, Prof. S.E.A. Jabarullah Khan inaugurated, in the presence of the Police Officers Saravanakumar, Mukkannan, Prohibition Enforcement Officers Bose and Ayyanar Raja. The rally started at Ilayangudi Kanmaikarai and ended at the bus stand. Around 300 students took part in the rally and carried banners to create awareness among the public.

Also in the event, Anti-drug pledge was taken, massive signature campaign for Anti-drugs and competitions were conducted for the students. Our College Anti-Drug Club Coordinators Dr. S. AsmathuFathima and Dr. S. Naser organized the events, along with the NSS Programme Officers Dr. M. Peer Mohamed, Dr. A. Affrose, Dr. M. Sheikh Abdullah and Dr. B. FathimaGani.
